New music label, Akiba Music, announces their first artist, Hamu Cotton’s debut single release with an Indiegogo Campaign for additional content.
With backing from the long-standing Japanese music industry professionals, Shinko Music (Tokyo), and the Little Tokyo Los Angeles anime subculture hub, Little Akibahara, the new music label, Akiba Music, proudly announces an Indiegogo campaign for the song "Hamu Energy ☆”, the debut single from cosplayer and rising performer Hamu Cotton. The crowdfunding campaign is set to go live on April 21, 2025, with the single releasing July 3, 2025. Fans are already buzzing from the exclusive reveal at the Little Tokyo Akiba Live event on April 6.
With choreography powered by pure “Hamu Energy,” this new track is more than a debut—it's the next chapter in Hamu's heartfelt journey from shy fan to international performer. Backers will get the chance to directly support the song's production, music video, and the launch of the first-ever “HamuFest USA” fan event tour, with tiered rewards and stretch goals ranging from digital thank-yous to exclusive merch and VIP experiences.
