Sales Specialist

We’re looking for part-time Sales Specialists for an upcoming major mainstream video game company pop-up!

Wage: Starts at $17.87/hr

Description

  • Engage with and assist customers in addressing their questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner

  • Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on the floor, making sure they are in their appropriate location

  • Manage large amounts of people in an orderly fashion

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from 11:45am-7:15pm

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 3-4 days a week

  • Must be able to work Anime Expo Weekend

  • Must be able to lift up to heavy boxes up to 15lbs

  • Strong familiarity with major game company IPs

  • Strong familiarity of platformers, JRPG, and rhythm game IPs

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
